I have not received confirmation of my booking and it does not appear in my My Travelodge account

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail and the booking is not appearing in your My Travelodge account the likelihood is the booking hasn't gone through.  You may want to double check this before booking again by calling the hotel directly or our Reservation Centre on 08719 848484.
