How do I receive a VAT invoice for my room booking?

If you have a prepaid booking then you will automatically be sent a copy of your VAT invoice provided you select the box marked 'VAT invoice' on the checkout page when filling in your details. Alternatively you can always download another copy at a later date via your My Travelodge account by selecting get a VAT invoice which is found under My Bookings.

If you need to pay for your reservation at the hotel (bookings where only a guarantee is taken, this includes hotels in the Republic of Ireland and Spain) then the VAT invoice will be issued at the hotel upon arrival.
